Mentoring Program

A Special Relationship

A key feature of GSERA is our Mentoring Program. Newer students are paired with more seasoned students or recent graduates to provide support in navigating the challenges and rewards of the research experience. A mentor can be a valuable resource, providing advice and guidance as you progress through your coursework, prepare your dissertation, and develop your professional skills and network. And being a mentor offers the benefits of improving your communications skills, developing advising and coaching capabilities, and paying forward gratitude for the support you’ve received in the EdD program and beyond.

To learn more about the GSERA Mentoring Program, please review the program information sheet.

To serve as a GSERA mentor or to be matched with a GSERA mentor, please complete the mentoring survey.

If you have questions, please contact the Program Director.
